A diocesan network of evangelists and evangelism enthusiasts.

The Evangelists' Network (EvNet) meets three or four times a year. EvNet is an open group anyone is welcome to attend its meetings.

EvNet's primary purpose is:

To bring together those who want to share in, support and encourage the work of evangelists and evangelism.
To help those who want to explore their own calling in terms of evangelism.
To recognize those with the special gifts and calling of evangelist, offering them support, and developing their ministry, through training and mentoring.
To encourage evangelism throughout Wakefield Diocese and beyond.

EvNet has produced a Code of Practice (pdf 37kb) to explain the role of evangelists and the patterns of evangelism it wishes to encourage.
